Our German courses run year-round. Each course runs for eight weeks. Late enrolment into already running courses is possible.

IfS summer and winter courses
Our summer and winter courses go beyond simply learning German. You learn German at the same time as exploring attractive topics such as „Art“ and „Regional studies of Germany“ and practise your communication skills in specialised project work. Our comprehensive accompanying programme helps to combine learning, recreation and everyday life and gives you insight into studying and living in Germany.
We will gladly assist you in choosing the course and accompanying programme that are right for you. Our summer and winter courses are just right for DAAD scholarship holders!!!

IfS specialised courses
Are you interested in a specialised course such a conversation class, professional language training or translation? Our specialised courses take place in the evenings 1 to 3 times a week and can offer you intensive language training, tailor-made for you, in small groups.
IfS – other languages
If you are interested in individual or small group training in English, Spanish, Russian, Arabic or any another language, we offer language training in over 60 languages, including more exotic languages such as Mongolian or Kinyarwanda. At the moment, training under the divisions „English“ and „Other foreign languages“ is arranged on request, so please contact us! We will gladly advise you!
